2B pencil on Strathmore 300 Series Bristol Board. Soon to be inked.

This is the same client as the Binary Death girl. This is for his T-Shirt for the album. I just thought I'd show people how my process works. Once approved I will begin inking this. Usually I'll use a brush, but I want this to look like a medical illustration, like a plate. So I'll use some form of technical pen.

It's odd, both of us have never seen a skull with a UPC and a pair of headphones.

I dunno. Our art room in college has a lot of bones lying around (And I mean that literallly, cats, mice, cow skulls, human remains...)

I've seen more than one human skull so it's not difficult for me to imagine someone randomly sticking thier headphones on one.

Besides, we dress them up all the time. They look sad when they aren't played with. ;) :P :D

I wish I had a skull. I need to get one and study it. All i have is a massive library of Human Anatomy books.

Where do you go to college and what are yous tudying? If it isn't too personal a thing to ask :)

I go to college at Buena Vista University, smack dab in the middle of Iowa. I am currently majoing in Art and Media Studies with a possible minor in Japanese. I went ot Japan last year for an interim trip. It rocked my socks off. D:D

And yeah. reall skulls are fun to look at. Sadly though, people weren't gentle with BV Art Dep.'s skull and broke the jaw off. So now it sits with its bottom jaw up around its front teeth. They are fragile little things.

So jealous. I wanted to go back to college for a similar course study. It was the vaunted, 'Video Game Arts Program.' the 76,000 dollar price tag stopped me cold.

Watashi wa nihon go o hanashimasu! Eeto ....mosukoshi desu.

I took 2 years of Japanese in Highschool....back....in....1991 and 1992. EEK! :boo:
