Now I can say I like Mudkips....fried to a golden crisp with some garlic, pepper and honey glaze :nod:

:) The first thing to do is make the base color normal....well..normal for a mudkip. Then I make new layers for the shading. a combination of Multiply for dark and color dodge / lighten for the highlights.

The shiney dots are done by change the brush to Color Dodge and setting your brush color to a light yellow. You have to apply this directly to the overall finished product for it to work. :)
